Benchmarking performance on many small datasets - Aleksandar Jelenak on Call the Doctor 2/17/26

Aleksandar Jelenak (@ajelenak) will present for our Call the Doctor session today. He plans to talk more about the benchmark results he presented at at a November Call the Doctor session (Evaluating performance on many small datasets with h5py and HDF5 - Aleksandar Jelenak on Call the Doctor 11/18) which involved reading small amounts of data from a number of cloud optimized HDF5 files in AWS S3, when using both the ROS3 driver and AWS mountpoint-s3 file system emulation. As always, Aleksandar is also available for your HDF-related questions.
