I'm working with the latest version of HDF5 on Windows, and I can't for the
life of me figure out how to run the h5dump tool. I'm used to progrmming for
Linux and Unix based systems, but due to the nature of my project, I need to
work on Windows. How do I use h5dump? Any help is appreciated!

On windows, the dll files need to be either in your PATH, in the same folder as the executable, or in a system folder. I find adding the dll and exe location to the PATH environment variable the easiest solution.
