Hey everyone,
I installed hdf5 this morning with the configuration
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/hdf5 --enable-fortran --enable-cxx
But cannot compile dependent programs because "hdf5.mod" is missing in the include directory and I do not seem to be able to locate it manually.

Could you please check that Fortran HDF5 library was built without errors? Do you see hdf5.mod in the fortran/src directory?
Which system you are on and which compiler do you use?
