Maximum buffer size of encode functions.

Hi everyone,

as documented H5Sencode and H5Tencode create a variable buffer size
but I would like to know if there is a maximum size that will never be
exceeded.

I made some test:

For the dataspace seams is 543 bytes (31 bytes for the header + 16
bytes per used dimension).
For the datatype I realized that there is not an upper limit because
users can create derived datatypes as big as they want.
