I am using VS2022, Cmake-gui, Intel oneAPI MPI Fortran to build HDF5 1.14.3, I build fortran and enable parallel, when I build ALL_BUILD, it outcome these errors, can anyone know how to solve this problem.

Update: When I use Version 1.12.3, It can be built without problem

Can you verify that the SUBFILING option was disabled? That feature does not work with Windows.
