Hi,
I'm curious on why the `H5Lcreate_*` functions don't return a handler (hid_t
type) so that, for example, attributes can be attached to them. Is there a
way to do that? or links are designed to be second-class citizens?
Thanks,

Hi Francesc,
Uhh, we knew someone will ask
Currently links cannot have attributes. We thought about it, but decided against it for now.
