Yesterday’s Call the Doctor session explored how linked datasets (HSDS datasets where the chunk data is stored in HDF5 files) work. The details may be of interest to the curious, but in general you can access such a dataset just as you would any other. To create linked datasets, you can just use the hsload tool with the --link option.
