HDF5 in Cabana and Silo I/O Performance for ExaMPM - Call the Doctor - Scot Breitenfeld 3/27/23

Scot Breitenfeld (@brtnfld) will host Call the Doctor Tuesday, 3/28 and will review the introduction of HDF5 in Cabana, a portable library for particle-based simulations. Topics include interfacing HDF5 with Kokkos and GPU memory, HDF5 design, and a comparison with HDF5 and, alternatively, Silo I/O performance for ExaMPM.
