I have installed fleur with hdf5 but I encounter it when I run:
FLEUR run finished successfully
Stop message:
all done
HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 (1.8.21) thread 0:
#000: H5T.c line 1711 in H5Tclose(): not a datatype
major: Invalid arguments to routine
minor: Inappropriate type
FLEUR-OK
It executes correctly but does not create .hdf file.
