I am new to HDF5. Just wondering if there is any HDF5 data validation library/framework for python or R?

Various “convention checkers” come to mind, but they are not HDF5-specific and cover only are very limited set of “patterns.” I’m not aware of a general purpose framework for HDF5 in any language. Again, that assumes that the term ‘HDF5 data validation’ is well-defined of which I’m not certain. Can you describe a little what scope you have in mind and what you mean by ‘HDF5 data validation?’ Can you give us an example?
