HDF5 1.8.8 release candidate is available for testing

FYI. I compiled hdf5-1.8.8 release from the tarball on the web site (the 1_8_cmake branch in svn has now moved to 1_8_9 so I am not using that)

On the Cray (new blades with AMD interlagos chips), using intel parallel composer 12, C/Fortran using -fast compiler options, it is looking good.

One fail (TEST_PAR_t_shapesame<http://cdash.hdfgroup.uiuc.edu/testDetails.php?test=181033&build=2165&gt;\) out of 1970. using mpi num tasks = 12 - I have no idea why this one test fails, but if I could get it to pass, a clean dashboard would be very gratifying so if there are special setting I need for it, please let me know.
