HDF5 1.12.1 cmpdsetr test (part of make check) fails

Test times out. All other parallel tests pass. Happens when compiling with mpich 3.4.2 on Mac OS X 12.1. This seems to be a timeout problem similar to: How long should 'make check' take?

Also submitted as a private Jira ticket #SUPPORT-1662
