Dear hdf5 users
I'm trying to build HDF5 library in ubuntu 12.04 64bit LTS using gcc 4.7.3
$ ./configure --prefix=/opt/hdf5 --with-szlib=/opt/hdf5
--with-zlib=/opt/hdf5 \
$ make check
('szlib' and 'zlib' are already installed in /opt/hdf5)
And I got 8 fails during running 'make check' as below.
I've installed hdf5 tools from ubuntu software center and checked 'h5dump'
worked fine but test didn't make it.
It seems that there is no posts to refer for the problem in this forum.
Please help this newbie.
