I can plot surface data online for my files through https://myhdf5.hdfgroup.org/, but the same files cannot be plotted for view on HDFView 3.3.2 (Windows 11). When I look within the data through HDFView, the cells outside my circular surface area come up as NaN. Is that a problem for the desktop version but not the web client?
