Error on compiling on Linux

Hi,

I am getting following error while compiling on Linux Machine ( CentOS 6.5 )

libhdf5_fortran.so: undefined reference to `memcpy@GLIBC_2.14'

I have used latest build provided by you

How do I overcome for this

Thanks

It looks like a mismatch of gnu C and Fortran compilers on your system, do you have more than one compiler installed? Is this 1.8 or 1.10? Are you compiling HDF5 from source or did you mean you are using the pre-built binary distributions (if so then which one)?

It’s hard to determine exactly what the problem is by just the information you provided.
