hi i install hdf5 by yum command and then i install netcdf too
but when i compile wrf it say that i netcdf.inc not this file
what i must do about

This usually means you need to add "-dev" versions of the hdf5 and netcdf
packages (and possibly others).
You can do this using the "yum-builddep" utility.
