In several places, DAOS is mentioned as having support for HDF5 (for example, on pages 7, 14, and 15 of https://www.snia.org/sites/default/files/SDC15_presentations/dist_sys/EricBarton_DAOS_Architecture_Extreme_Scale.pdf, and throughout https://wiki.hpdd.intel.com/display/DC/Resources?preview=%2F68517933%2F69960833%2FM8.1+Extreme+Scale+Storage+and+IO+Final+Report.pdf).
Does anyone know if any progress has been made with this?
