Hello everybody
I am having HDF file contains only dataset around 18000, I am reading them
and closing as soon as read out. But when it comes to file close it is
taking 8 sec to close the same file
Do we have any option for reducing the file close time

I assume it is HDF4 file.
Do we have any option for reducing the file close time
It is hard to say what really causes the issue without profiling the program. Could you please use a profiling software (e.g., gprof) to see where the time is going?
