Any additional compile parameters need to set in cluster?

Hi all,

    I have setup parellel hdf5 in both HP linux and cluster, the performance of writing in cluster is
5~10 times slower than MPI IO. But In linux the performance seems to be much better.

    I was wondering if there is any additional compile parameters need to set in clusters? Any suggestions
in cluster?
