### SBOMs & Sunshine: The HDF5 SHINES Check-In - Call the Doctor 2/3/26
In addition to answering HDF5-related questions, in this episode, Gerd Heber will give an overview of recent activities on the HDF5 SHINES https://www.hdfgroup.org/projects/hdf5-shines/ (= Securing HDF5 for Industry National Security, Engineering, and Science) project. His update will include
1. Our ongoing work on SBOM (Software Bill of Materials)
2. Our first audit
3. The pending launch of the HDF5 Special Interest Group (SIG)
4. The formation of a Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT)
5. Opportunities for you to get involved.
