Hello all,
After running into performance issues after writing a large amount of data to an hdf5 file, I was forced to terminate the execution of my program.
Is it possible to somehow retreive at least some information from the corrupted (since not closed) hdf5-file, i.e. statistics regarding the number of datasets, size etc. which would help in tracking down the performance bottleneck?
Thanks a lot for any ideas!
Regards,
Patrick
