Interesting message in a gmake build of 1.10.5 after cmake:
unable to calculate alignment for long double
This is interesting because in yum-installed hdf5 we are seeing some anomalies we attribute to a problem with memory alignment of datatypes. Wondering if we have hit a known problem.
