Hi, I have a dependency on HDFView or more precisely the Java HDF Object package in my code. I wanted to update to the current version of HDFView and the object package. Before that, I wanted to make sure that I could roll back the changes if the updates makes me troubles (I already saw that `hdfobject.jar` is not present anymore in HDFView 3.4.1 → `app`. So, I guess there will be some breaking changes again.)

My current code base relies on HDFView 3.3.2. Unfortunately, I can not find the code or an installer in [Downloads | The HDF Group Support Site](https://support.hdfgroup.org/downloads/index.html#hdfview) or [Index of /ftp/HDF5/releases/HDF-JAVA](https://support.hdfgroup.org/ftp/HDF5/releases/HDF-JAVA/index.html).

Could you please archive all installers or binary zips in [Index of /ftp/HDF5/releases/HDF-JAVA](https://support.hdfgroup.org/ftp/HDF5/releases/HDF-JAVA/index.html)? For my case 3.3.2 would be sufficient, but I guess that is a general point for others also.

Thx

Hi @martin.raedel,

at least for HDFView 3.3.2 and newer you can find binaries on our GitHub: [Releases · HDFGroup/hdfview · GitHub](https://github.com/HDFGroup/hdfview/releases#release-v3.3.2). Unfortunately, since the Java Object package was meant to be more of an internal dependency of HDFView, we haven’t really promised API/ABI compatibility to date. I’d be happy to help with any issues you have with updating to the newest release however.
