Compiling

Hi everybody,
I'm writing a C program using the HDF5 library. Do I have to use the
h5cc compiler? What is this for? I noticed that the gcc compiler is
fine, the program run without any problem.

Thanks,

Francesco

Hi Francesco,

h5cc is provided for convenience.

If you run "h5cc -show", you will see what's actually executed.
If you run "h5cc -showconfig", you can see the configuration layout.
